This season, Dancewave is introducing a new face of wellness allowing participant to learn hands-on basic principles of an ancient an energetic healing method. Benefits of Thai Yoga Massage include calming and centering the body and mind, relieving stress, preventing injury, improving flexibility, increasing range of motion, and performing basic body maintenance. Thai Yoga Massage utilizes acupressure, compression, passive stretching, and touch to restore, relax, and promote improved health. Participants will learn to give a basic Thai Yoga massage, and will receive a massage as well. No partner or prior experience is necessary, however we will work together in pairs. This workshop is not suited for expecting mothers or those recovering from injury or recent surgery.
